A complete subscriber activation platform for SIM and digital eSIM — your brand, your domain, your customers. Forked from production infrastructure already processing real activations in Australia.
The platform
MyMVNO gives you a customer-facing activation wizard for SIM and eSIM, a backend API integrated with Australia's leading telco BSS, secure payment processing, and operational dashboards — all under your brand.
Niche telcos, community mobile brands, B2B resellers, and anyone commercialising connectivity as part of a bigger play.
SIM (ICCID / serial validation) and digital eSIM (profile provisioning aligned with carrier Octane workflows, including QR / install handoff where configured).
Forked codebase. Your domain. Your brand. Your carrier credentials. No shared tenancy or co-branding. You own it.
Customer experience
Guided activation from substrate to live service — SIM or eSIM — handling new numbers, porting, payments, identity verification, and consent.
Branded landing page with your logo, copy, and link to your Critical Information Summary.
Customers activate on SIM (validated ICCID against carrier inventory) or eSIM (digital profile path per your Octane/carrier setup). Backend supports QR-generation hooks for profile delivery where configured.
Customer chooses a new number or ports their existing one (prepaid or postpaid).
Full registration — name, DOB (18+ check), email, phone, Australian address, optional ABN for business.
Configurable upsell paths — e.g. international calling bolt-ons, data packs, premium tiers.
New path: pick from available numbers. Port path: enter details, verify ownership via OTP.
Credit card or direct debit via Quickstream/Westpac trusted iframe. Tokenised. PCI-scoped.
T&C acknowledgement, porting authority, direct debit authorisation — plus a digital signature.
Order submitted. Success screen with order ID, activation timeline, billing info, and FAQ accordion — plus eSIM QR or install prompts when applicable.
Operations
The platform doesn't stop at activation. Dashboards, analytics, and post-order automation are built in.
Pipeline view of in-progress and completed activations. Supabase-backed real-time progress tracking.
Step-by-step funnel events via webhooks. See where customers drop off and take action.
Queue-driven welcome emails, ring-timer config, and Google Sheet updates after every successful order.

Why MyMVNO
Months of carrier integration for SIM and eSIM, payment plumbing, and porting logic — patterns ready to wire for your substrates.
Not a spec or a wireframe. Every screen, API call, and edge case has been tested with real customers.
Your logo, colours, copy, domain, legal pages. Customers never see another brand.
CIS links, consent capture, porting authority, digital signature — aligned with Australian telco requirements.
You run your own deployments, credentials, and day-two changes. No lock-in. No dependency.
Step-level tracking, activation dashboards, and webhook analytics to see exactly where customers are.
Investment
One monthly fee for the whitelabel licence and platform access. You pay infrastructure providers directly — full transparency, no markup.
Fork provisioned. Brand kit applied — colours, logo, copy, legal links. Credentials wired. Staging environment live.
Cutover to production. Self-managed operations begin. Ad-hoc change requests quoted separately as needed.
Enterprise Security
Your MVNO handles sensitive customer data — PII, payment tokens, porting credentials. The platform is built with security at every layer, from encrypted transport to isolated deployments.
Card data never touches your server. Quickstream's trusted iframe handles tokenisation directly with Westpac — your backend only receives a secure payment token reference.
Each MVNO brand runs on its own deployment with separate environment credentials, API keys, and database rows. No shared state between brands.
Automatic HTTPS/TLS on every request. Customer PII and payment data are encrypted in transit from browser to backend — zero configuration required.
Dashboard access requires email-verified one-time codes with rate limiting, cooldowns, and attempt caps. No passwords to leak or reset.
Each brand fork uses its own Octane API credentials, SendGrid keys, Quickstream tokens, and Supabase project — stored in environment variables, never in code.
Every activation, payment attempt, and order status change is logged with timestamps. Supabase records provide complete visibility for compliance.
Real-time email alerts when backend services degrade or go down. 15-minute cooldowns prevent alert storms while keeping your team informed.
Order processing runs through a Redis-backed queue with automatic retries and dead-letter handling. Failed BSS calls don't lose customer data.
